ChutingStar Shipping & Returns
ChutingStar ships items in stock within one business day. Shipping of custom or out-of-stock items will be within one business day of receipt of items from manufacturer. You will be notified within one business day if an item is out-of-stock along with an estimated turnaround time.
ChutingStar's preferred domestic shipping company is UPS. USPS is also available and FedEx can be requested. ChutingStar's preferred international shipping company is UPS. USPS is also available and FedEx can be requested. Note: Customs fees, duties and VAT is not included in our international shipping rates at checkout.
All items will be insured for replacement value and be sufficiently packaged and boxed. Please contact us immediately if any damage occurs during shipment.
Returns of unopened packages are welcome within two weeks of delivery. Contact ChutingStar for return instructions before returning items. The refund will be based on condition of returned item minus shipping and payment transaction fees from credit card or PayPal. Custom items cannot be returned for refund. Manufacturer warranties will apply to any defective items received from ChutingStar. Any service issues with items ordered through ChutingStar can be addressed with the manufacturer or ChutingStar.
